of State-PM/WRA entitled “USG Support to Strategic Organizational Development”.
Jeanne Bates, Administration Officer, has left the Survey Action Center after 2.5 years of service. Jeanne brought to SAC
the rigor of a lawyer and the commitment of a social activist. She will be sorely missed and we wish her well in her future
endeavors.
